What is a buyer’s agent?+
An agent who represents only you, the buyer. We find, assess and negotiate — the seller’s agent works for the seller.
What does it cost?+
The fee is 1.5–2.0% of the purchase price incl. VAT, payable only if you actually buy. No purchase, no invoice.
Is registering a search free?+
Yes. Registration is free and without obligation. We get in touch to understand what you’re looking for.
What does off-market mean?+
Homes sold without public advertising. Roughly half of all homes above NOK 25 million change hands this way.
Which areas do you cover?+
West and central Oslo, the Holmenkollen ridge, Bærum, Asker and properties along the Oslofjord — plus Palma de Mallorca.
